ENTERING MIA FAIR
In order to guarantee total safety to its visitors and exhibitors, MIA Fair has designed specific measures of control intended at avoiding the spread of the new COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring a smooth and safe running of the fair while respecting National health provisions.
TICKETS
The use of digital technologies has been implented as to render automatic the organizational process by encouraging preregistration to the event, in order to avoid large gatherings and collect data on the visitors of the fair as to contact them in case of contagions. Personal data will be kept in the database for 15 days and will then be deleted for privacy purposes.
RESPONSIBILITY
Following the provisions of DL 105, July 23rd 2021 and valid since August 6th 2021, in order to access the fair it will be mandatory to have a Green Digital Pass, as required by Article 9 from the Law Decree signed on April 22nd 2021, falling under one of the following categories:
- Vaccine certificate (the first dose would be sufficient provided that 14 days have passed)
- Negative rapid or PCR test, taken within the previous 48 hours
- Certificate of healing from COVID-19 within the previous six months
It is furthermore mandatory to wear a mask inside SuperstudioMaxi, where the fair will take place.
Each exhibitor, inside his own area, will have to make sure that the general health provisions are respected by the visitors.
MASK
Inside the fair, every visitor and worker will have to wear a mask.
DISTANCING INSIDE DINING AREAS
Tables and chairs will be provided as to ensure the mandatory 1 meter of distance between subjects. Consuming food and drinks standing up or at the bar will be allowed if and only if interpersonal distancing can be assured and will be carried out following organizational rules intended at avoiding the formation of large gatherings.
