DELPHINE DIALLO AND RYAN MENDOZA WIN THE FIRST EDITION OF THE SKY ARTE AWARD

A special feature on their careers and artistic vision will be dedicated to the two authors and broadcast on Sky Arte

Delphine Diallo and Ryan Mendoza are the ex aequo winners of the first edition of the Sky Arte Prize, awarded at MIA Fair 2022.

The jury, composed to Fabio Castelli, creator of MIA Fair, Francesco Raganato, author and director, creator among others of the series “Le Fotografe,” Daria Scolamacchia, Photo editor, coordinator of the Photography department of the IED in Rome, Dino Vannini, Head of Documentary & Factual Channels of Sky, awarded Delphine Diallo and Ryan Mendoza, because “both,” reads the motivation, “make the possibilities of trespassing their own. Different poetics but with great tangencies: images that know how to talk about travel, contaminations, mixing of codes and cultures.”

The winners will have a special tv program dedicated to their careers and artistic vision, which will be broadcast on Sky Arte

The Sky Arte Prize sanctions the media partnership between Sky Arte and MIA Fair.
Sky Arte thus continues to express its natural vocation for narrating the world’s cultural heritage and promoting artists with a special program that will be produced during the 3-day event and will be broadcast soon on Sky Arte (Sky channel 120, 400) and streamed on NOW.
